Consultants deeply research the “Defined Universe” and search is conducted by headhunting, leveraging network within the industry and internal database.

Candidates are spoken with and their Thumbnail sketches are prepared. These are reviewed with the client. The candidates are interviewed on various predefined parameters. Potential candidates are encouraged to consider the change. After conducting interviews, a shortlist, along with our assessment of suitable candidates, both by skill and culturally is then presented to the client for final selection.

A Partner facilitates client interview, takes feedback from client and candidates and assists in negotiations. The process is concluded with exhaustive reference checks which are well documented.
