Dr. Mehra has been in Consulting and Executive Search since 1989, when he started Omni Consultants International. After completing a Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin, USA, in 1959, he joined IBM - India. His last position when IBM left India in 1978 was that of Manager Marketing Operations. From 1978 to 1989, he was Chairman and Managing Director of IDM Ltd., the company that took over the non proprietry business of IBM, after their departure from India.

He has been a past president of CSI and MAIT, the two premier I.T. associations of India. He was also the Vice Chairman of Executive Recruiter Association.

Sunita has completed her Masters in Counseling Psychology from Bombay University, in First Class.

She has 10 years experience in the Search Industry, of which over 9 yrs is with Omni.

She has independently closed several Senior IT, Manufacturing and other searches for clients based Overseas, primarily in Gulf.
Sunita has extensive experience in Managing Searches, Closures and Relationships.
She is also an elected member of ERA, spearheading their Search practice.
Sunita is associated with a Career guidance and counseling centre and is also a mentor with the Katalyst program.
